They are currently experiencing steady growth and are seeking experienced project management professionals to help lead and expand their healthcare construction portfolio.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager II will:Lead large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion.Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies to ensure successful delivery.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously depending on size and complexity.Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project objectives.Develop and maintain project budgets, cost controls, and forecasting.Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement activities.Monitor financial performance and proactively identify cost risks or opportunities.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
