You will act as a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing company strategy while building a best-in-class construction platform.Key responsibilities include:Lead and oversee all construction operations across multiple large-scale projectsDevelop and execute short- and long-term construction strategies aligned with company growth plansManage and mentor Directors, Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and support teamsDrive operational efficiency, scheduling performance, quality, and safety standardsPartner closely with Development, Preconstruction, Finance, and Operations leadershipOwn P&L performance for the construction division, including margins, revenue, forecasting, and cost controlsTrack and drive performance against budgets, schedules, and profitability targetsSupport business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives✅ What They’re Looking For10+ years’ experience in senior construction leadershipBackground at Director, VP, or Project Executive levelProven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary project teamsStrong experience delivering large commercial and mixed-use developmentsRetail and medical project experience is essentialExperience running $100M+ projects (multifamily experience is a major plus)Exposure working alongside Owners’ RepresentativesStrategic thinker with strong business and financial acumenDemonstrated experience managing P&L, margins, revenue, forecasting, and targetsComfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentsMust be based in Columbus, OH or within local Ohio commuting distance💼 What’s On OfferCompetitive base salary (DOE)Heavy bonus-driven compensation structure – you will be rewarded for performanceAnnual performance bonusVehicle allowanceLong-term career growth and influence within the organizationOpportunity to help shape the future direction of a growing construction platform
