Best Workplace awardee.Program Manager, GTM and Release ManagementRole SummaryWe are looking for a Program Manager to lead the cross-functional planning and execution of product go-to-market activities, version releases, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, and Enablement around a clear launch and release framework that drives readiness, adoption, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with practical experience in product launches, release planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement methodologies. This person will build repeatable processes, improve execution quality, and ensure products and releases move from planning to launch in a structured and scalable way.Key ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Program ManagementLead end-to-end program management for product launches, feature launches, and major version releasesBuild and manage integrated GTM plans across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Enablement, and OperationsDefine launch scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, and success criteriaDrive cross-functional readiness for internal and external launch activitiesEnsure launch deliverables are completed on time, with clear accountability and escalation pathsCoordinate launch communications, enablement planning, release calendars, and stakeholder updatesProduct and Version Release ManagementOwn the program structure for product version releases from planning through release readiness and post-release reviewPartner with Product and Engineering to align release timelines, milestones, and decision pointsEstablish and maintain release governance, release checklists, and readiness reviewsTrack key release dependencies, risks, and blockers and drive mitigation plansEnsure release documentation, internal communications, training, and support readiness are in place before launchFacilitate post-release retrospectives and capture lessons learned for future improvementsProcess Improvement and Operational ExcellenceIdentify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across launch, release, and cross-functional planning processesDesign and implement scalable workflows, templates, governance models, and operating rhythmsStandardize best practices for GTM execution, release management, status reporting, and stakeholder alignmentDefine and monitor KPIs related to program execution, release quality, launch readiness, and process efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce friction, improve predictability, and increase organizational maturityStakeholder and Change ManagementServe as the central coordination point across multiple teams and senior stakeholdersBuild alignment on priorities, timelines, resource needs, trade-offs, and critical decisionsCreate clear executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and risk summariesSupport organizational adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of workingDrive accountability while maintaining strong cross-functional relationshipsNew Tools ImplementationLead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools that improve GTM execution, release management, and operational workflowsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, use cases, and success criteria for new systemsCoordinate rollout plans, testing, training, documentation, and change management activities for newly implemented toolsEnsure new tools integrate effectively with existing processes, reporting structures, and cross-functional operating modelsTrack tool adoption, process impact, and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and scalabilityRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, GTM Program Management, Release Management, or a related functionProven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market programs and product or version release cyclesStrong background in managing complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communicationExperience building and improving business processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reportingStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or technology organizationsFamiliarity with product launch frameworks, release readiness models, and lifecycle managementExperience with tools such as Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Confluence, or similar platformsExperience supporting product launches across multiple audiences, regions, or channelsCertification or practical experience in Agile, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or change management frameworksMethodologies and Ways of WorkingThe Program Manager should be
