Role Overview
The Head of Account Management for Services will lead strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across Trianz's Platform Services and Transformation Services client portfolio. This role is responsible for building and nurturing executive-level relationships, identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring client success across digital transformation initiatives. This leader will orchestrate collaboration between delivery teams, practice leaders, and clients to maximize value realization and long-term partnership growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
Drive strategic direction for key accounts aligned with client objectives and Trianz capabilities
Develop and execute account plans identifying growth opportunities across cloud, App Modernization, data, AI, and technology transformation
Build C-suite relationships positioning Trianz as a trusted strategic partner
Lead quarterly business reviews with the Account Manager/Client Partner/Engagement and Delivery leads, drive strategic planning with client stakeholders
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Achieve revenue and profitability targets for identified transformation accounts
Identify and qualify expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across practices
Collaborate with practice heads on solution approaches and proposals
Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion discussions
Client Success & Delivery Excellence
Ensure client commitments across sales, solution and delivery by coordinating across practice teams and delivery functions
Monitor Account health, client satisfaction, and delivery quality
Address escalations, risks, and issues proactively
Champion client feedback for continuous improvement
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Build and mentor account management teams
Foster collaboration between account management, practices, delivery, and sales
Develop account management best practices and governance frameworks
Drive knowledge sharing across the account management community
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Stay current on industry trends and emerging client needs in digital transformation
Represent Trianz at client events, industry forums, and conferences
Contribute to thought leadership and case studies showcasing transformation success
Ideal Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development within IT services or consulting
Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts with annual revenues of $200M
Deep experience in digital/technology transformation, cloud services, data/analytics, or enterprise technology services
Demonstrated success in growing accounts, achieving revenue targets, and driving client satisfaction
Skills & Competencies
Executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders on business strategy and technology transformation
Strong business acumen with understanding of financial models, contract structures, and profitability management
Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and influence skills
Strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities and develop compelling value propositions
Strong program management and coordination skills across multiple workstreams and teams
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring
Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $275,000 to $300,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
