Strategic Pricing Analyst

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations. The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows: Department: Finance Reports To: Vice President of Finance FLSA Status:Full Time / Exempt PurposeThe Strategic Pricing Analyst leads pricing strategy for Strategic Accounts, manages Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, and oversees the Vendor Credit process. This role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize pricing, ensure contract compliance, and support profitable growth. Responsibilities Lead regional pricing strategy, governance, and approval workflowsMonitor pricing and contract compliance; identify and correct margin leakageCollaborate with Sales and Finance on deal pricing, forecasting, and rebate accrualsPrepare executive reporting on pricing performance, margin trends, and GPO effectivenessMaintain and update strategic pricing catalogsImprove pricing and contract processes, tools, and data accuracyManage all aspects of GPO contracts, including pricing, negotiation, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and portal catalog updatesWorks directly with Finance, Sales, Strategic Partners, Marketplace VPs and Region President Job Related Dimensions Gross margin improvement and reduced pricing leakageGPO contract compliance and audit outcomesRebate accuracy and alignment to forecastPricing approval turnaround timeContract utilization and profitability by GPO and customer segment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationProven ability to influence cross-functional leadersAttention to details and ability to thrive in fast paced, high deadline environmentMust be a self-motivated individual with a high level of professionalism and accountabilityMust have strong time-management and organizational skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong decision making skills and sound judgmentSupervision: Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree required3+ years in pricing, contracts, or revenue management2+ years of GPO contract management experienceStrong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional leadersAttention to details and ability to thrive in fast paced, high deadline environmentPhysical Demands & Work Environment Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods at timesAbility to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applicationsAbility to type and compose written communication in various formsAbility to lift 20+lbs on occasionUBEO offers a competitive compensation package.
