The company values technical excellence, integrity, and a commitment to impactful solutions, offering professionals the opportunity to work on high-visibility, high-value projects.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Full Stack Developer role based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for some work from home. The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, integrating APIs and external services, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves collaborating with cyber security experts, product owners, and other engineers to refine requirements, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system performance. The developer will help document technical designs, support deployment and CI/CD processes, and contribute to best practices in security, testing, and architecture.Qualifications Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS) and responsive web development.Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, or similar), RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL and/or NoSQL).Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS/Azure, containers, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing).Understanding of secure coding practices and an interest in working closely with cyber security teams.Ability to gather and clarify requirements, write clear technical documentation, and collaborate in an agile development environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience supporting Federal, Commercial, or Academic clients is a plus; eligibility to work on sensitive or government-related projects may be required.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
