Key Responsibilities
Drive net-new sales for the retiree medical vertical nationwide
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals and negotiations
Develop and maintain a disciplined pipeline focused on acquiring new clients and revenue streams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling retiree medical benefits or related healthcare solutions
Proven success in complex B2B healthcare benefits, insurance, or consultative sales environments
Experience working with broker and consultant channels to generate new business
Ability to operate independently within a growth-oriented environment
Knowledge of ERISA-governed benefit plans, public sector, or municipal employers is highly valued
