The RoleAs an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be a key driver of revenue across both technology resell and engineering services. This role blends renewals management, quoting, account support, and outbound prospectingideal for someone who is both operationally sharp and commercially minded. Youll work closely with field sales, operations, and finance teams while managing and growing an existing client portfolio. What Youll DoRevenue & RenewalsOwn and manage subscription, licensing, and contract renewals Maintain high retention rates through proactive client engagement Quoting & Order ManagementBuild accurate quotes aligned to vendor configurations and pricing Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery Account GrowthIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services) Serve as a key point of contact for client needs and service upgrades Sales Support & Pipeline DevelopmentPartner with field sales on strategic accounts Generate leads and support broader sales initiatives Outbound ProspectingExecute targeted email campaigns Monitor federal procurement channels (SAM.gov, GovWin) for opportunities Build and maintain a qualified pipeline CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite) Track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities What Success Looks Like90%+ renewal retention rate High accuracy and speed in quoting and order processing Consistent pipeline generation from outbound efforts Strong CRM discipline and data integrity What You Bring2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or renewals experience in IT, cybersecurity, or infrastructureStrong attention to detail and comfort working with pricing, contracts, and data Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Preferred:Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, or similar ecosystemsExposure to federal or SLED procurement (SAM.gov, GovWin) Familiarity with managed services or engineering delivery modelsWhats OfferedCompetitive base + performance incentives Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with match PTO + holidays Ongoing training and certification support Work EnvironmentFull-time In-office with flexibility How to ApplyIf youre looking to grow your career in cybersecurity sales and digital infrastructure, apply directly or message stephanie@reddagroup.com for a confidential conversation.
