Compliance Associate - Operations Support

Operations Support will provide day-to-day operational support to senior leadership, with a primary focus on enabling the executive responsible for the Compliance COO. This role is designed to help sustain a broad operational mandate spanning business management, project coordination, reporting, workforce support, and cross-functional execution. While the role sits within a Compliance-adjacent environment, the position is more operations-focused.ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of key operational activities across workforce planning, vendor management, reporting, meeting governance, and departmental coordination.Drive project management for strategic and tactical initiatives, including tracking milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior management, including headcount, budget, RTO, hiring, and operational metrics.Coordinate meeting agendas, materials, notes, action items, and follow-up for senior staff and cross-functional working groups.Assist with annual and ongoing planning activities, including resource planning, location strategy, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and organizational tracking.Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, and Business Management to support execution of department priorities.Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize workflows, enhance reporting, and strengthen operational discipline across the function.Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, project management, or similar strategic support roles; VP-level equivalent preferred.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.Experience preparing management reporting, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for senior stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, and other control or infrastructure partners.Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting management, note-taking, and executive-ready follow-up.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data, trackers, and process documentation.The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
