Systems Analyst II

Job Description: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a way that is clear and usable across teams Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use Requirements: 2–6 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and think through implementation Experience documenting processes, functional specs, and technical designs Working knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus Basic programming or debugging experience, with exposure to ABAP preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently on moderately complex projects Benefits: Health & Family Support Financial Security Learning & Development Rewards & Recognition Wellbeing & Mental Health Work-Life Balance Fun Perks
