Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 base

Following a recent acquisition, the organization is expanding its direct-to-consumer and specialty product capabilities through a fast-growing business known for innovative, safety and trauma-care products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, product-led environment where marketing, operations, analytics, pricing, and product data all play a critical role in supporting scalable growth across retail, ecommerce, and specialty channels.
Position Summary
This is amid-level, highly hands-on rolebest suited for a4–5 year candidate .
The role is focused onpricing execution and commercial operations , not deep financial modeling or full P&L ownership. Instead, the work centers onGTM pricing analysis for product kits , incorporating competitive inputs, overhead, and fixed costs usingpre-built templates .
Functionally, this role aligns more closely with aFinancial Pricing Analystthan a traditional finance or FP&A role.
Operating at the intersection ofproduct, pricing, and operations , this individual will partner closely with the Product team to support the go-to-market strategy, implement pricing changes across multiple business units, and minimize disruption while protecting contribution margins.
This is aversatile, “wear-many-hats” roleideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across systems, data, and cross-functional workflows in a less structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & GTM Analysis
Execute pricing analysis for product kits using established templates
Incorporate competitive benchmarks, overhead, and fixed costs into pricing decisions
Support implementation of pricing changes across multiple business units while preserving contribution dollars
Maintain and update pricing files across systems
ERP & Product Data Ownership (Core Focus)
Own product setup, hierarchy, and maintenance within ERP systems ( Syspro )
Manage SKU-level data, product classifications, BOMs, and cost structures
Support go-live decisions, product structuring, and system data integrity
Ensure product and pricing data accuracy across wholesale, retail, and DTC channels
Product & Operational Support
Partner closely with Product teams on GTM execution and product readiness
Support product launches through accurate data setup, cost inputs, and coordination
Manage product changes, updates, and system impacts across the business
Cross-Functional Execution
Act as a connector across product, operations, and finance
Help implement pricing and product decisions with minimal disruption to the business
Support ad hoc operational needs, quoting, and product-related requests
Reporting & Insights
Support reporting across channels (wholesale, retail, DTC)
Provide data insights to inform pricing and product decisions
Assist with light marketing operations analytics (limited scope)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
4–7+ years in product operations, pricing, marketing operations, business analytics, commercial operations, or a related field within a product-based business.
Experience in a product-based business environment
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel expertise required, including financial modeling, pricing logic
Experience with ERP systems and product data management. Hands-on experience with SKU setup, product master data, BOMs, cost structures, and pricing files.
Experience with project management tools; Monday.com preferred
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
