You will oversee all aspects of financial management, from high-level capitalization strategies and board relations to the rigorous oversight of accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.Core ResponsibilitiesExecutive Strategy & LeadershipStrategic Planning: Collaborate with the President and executive team to develop, implement, and assess the organization's long-term strategic plan.Organizational Growth: Identify and execute tactics to facilitate organizational success and ensure objectives are met.Board & Committee Relations: Lead the Audit and Finance Committees; present comprehensive financial statements and performance analysis to the Board of Trustees.Financial Operations & AccountingFull-Cycle Accounting: Direct all monthly accounting functions, ensuring the timely delivery of financial statements for the parent company, subsidiaries, and managed entities.Operational Excellence: Oversee banking, accounts payable, and cash receipts; ensure efficient transaction processing interfaces across all lines of business.Audit Management: Lead the annual audit process and Uniform Guidance audits.
