We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYWhat You'll Do:Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement throughout the production cycleSupport shipments for new products by coordinating engineering-owned material to designated shipping locationsManage Project Services Fremont mailbox communications and requestsCoordinate reservations for material staged in inventory locationsMaintain strong working relationships with Program/Product Management, Engineering, Production Control, and Supply Chain teamsParticipate in cross-functional meetings to address material delivery and build schedule issuesCoordinate material transfers from engineering into unrestricted inventory locations or labsCreate and maintain procurement and supply chain data including bills of material and inventory recordsGenerate ad hoc reports and support operational reporting needs Job Requirements What You'll Bring:Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred3+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory control, supply chain, or production coordination3+ years of experience using SAP transactions including MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, and MB233+ years of experience working with inventory movement, material transfers, and bills of material (BOMs)What Sets You Apart:Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysisExperience creating PowerPoint presentations and working within Microsoft Office SuiteExperience navigating SharePoint and enterprise inventory management systemsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teamsDemonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in fast-paced operational environmentsProject management experience in manufacturing or supply chain environmentsAbility to read and interpret multi-level product BOMsAbility to write clear inventory movement instructions for warehouses, production teams, and engineering groups Additional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background checkHybrid schedule: 2 remote days and 3 onsite days per week (Tuesday-Thursday core onsite days)Overtime requirements may apply based on business needsAfter you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
