Job Title: Supply Chain AnalystLocation: Fremont, CA - OnsiteDuration: 6 months (with strong potential for extensions)We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply and demand planning for hardware and IT asset categories. This role is critical to driving delivery performance, optimizing inventory, and improving overall supply chain efficiency.You will leverage forecasting methodologies, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate demand planning, efficient inventory management, and timely fulfillment.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Tier-1 ERP systems and demand/supply planning toolsAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis and reportingBasic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulationProfessional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plusPreferred AttributesStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to synthesize large datasets into actionable insightsProactive problem-solving and continuous improvement approachExperience supporting product lifecycle and new product introductionsBasic QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills5+ years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or inventory managementSolid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and workflowsExperience working with enterprise planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, large dataset analysis)Experience with vendor/supplier managementFamiliarity with IT hardware, consumer electronics, or related categoriesAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain cyclical demand forecasts for IT hardware and accessory categories using defined forecasting methodologiesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to track, measure, and continuously improve forecast accuracyUtilize planning systems and inventory tools to optimize supply planning, procurement, and inventory levelsSupport supply planning strategies for existing products, new product introductions (NPI), and product phase-outsCoordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders and resolve supply issuesGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports on inventory, demand planning, and key metricsApply data-driven decision-making to optimize day-to-day supply chain operationsManage end-to-end supply and demand planning across assigned product categoriesIdentify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and inventory optimizationTrack and analyze key supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns, etc.)Support new product launches and lifecycle management activitiesIdentify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and inventory imbalancesManage escalations from internal stakeholders and external partners
