Enterprise Account Executive – Pacific NorthwestRemote | Oregon / Washington / MontanaA High-growth AI security company hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a large regional territory across the Pacific Northwest.The business has strong product-market fit, 350+ customers, major backing from top-tier investors, and is scaling aggressively following significant growth over the last 18 months.This is a consultative, business-value-led sales role focused on selling into large multifamily ownership groups, operators, and property management organizations.Key responsibilities:Own a strategic territory and build pipeline through outbound prospecting and account penetrationRun complex multi-stakeholder sales cyclesSell operational and financial outcomes (NOI improvement, reduced security spend, risk reduction)Manage full-cycle deals from prospecting through close and expansionIdeal background:5–10+ years SaaS or operational technology sales experienceExperience selling larger ACV deals ($100k+)Strong outbound and multi-threading abilityConsultative, discovery-led sales approachComfortable selling to VP/C-level operational stakeholdersComp:$125k–$150k base + uncapped commission + equityOTE $250k–$300k+
