Salesforce Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer to partner closely with Sales and Revenue teams in driving new business. This individual will act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor, helping prospects understand how the platform solves complex business challenges.This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success, combining technical expertise with strong communication and storytelling skills to support the full pre-sales lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Solution DesignPartner with Account Executives to lead discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholdersIdentify customer pain points, workflows, and key requirementsTranslate business needs into tailored solution designsAlign product capabilities to customer use cases with a consultative approachDeliver customized product demonstrations aligned to specific customer personas and use casesClearly articulate technical capabilities and business valueHandle objections and technical questions throughout the sales processSupport deal strategy and positioning alongside SalesProof of Concept (POC) & Pilot ManagementDefine success criteria and scope for pilots and proof of conceptsManage execution timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communicationPartner with internal teams to ensure successful deliveryPresent outcomes and business impact to stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration & EnablementCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine messaging and solution positioningContribute to internal enablement materials, demo environments, and best practicesSupport onboarding and mentorship of junior team members when applicableAct as the voice of the customer in internal discussionsQualifications3–6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales within SaaS or enterprise technologyStrong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and workflowsExperience working alongside Sales teams in complex deal cyclesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business valueFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and related ecosystems is a plusExperience with APIs, data flows, or cloud technologies is preferredIdeal ProfileBlend of technical aptitude + commercial mindsetStrong communicator who can simplify complex solutionsNaturally curious and proactive problem-solverComfortable in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsJ-18808-Ljbffr
