Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for modern Java and AI-assisted development to help build and enhance enterprise web applications. This role focuses primarily on back-end development while driving the adoption of AI tools, coding agents, and automation throughout the software development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and REST APIs.Build and optimize AI-enabled development workflows, coding agents, prompts, and tool integrations.Develop unit, integration, and automated tests.Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making.Mentor developers and promote Agile best practices.Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Qualifications8+ years of Java web application development experience.Strong experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, JUnit, and Mockito.Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.Experience working with AI agents, prompt engineering, tool orchestration, or related technologies.Experience with CI/CD, TDD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsAngular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and front-end development experience.Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber testing experience.AWS, Maven, Jenkins, JBoss, or Tomcat experience.Experience driving technical innovation, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted development practices.
