Following are some of the responsibilities of this position:Oversees the activities of the Accounting Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reportsEstablishes accounting policies and proceduresDevelops internal controls and oversees audits of policies and proceduresOversees financial reporting, analysis and general ledgerManages audit functions including schedulingManages month-end account closeWhat We're Looking For In You15+ years of accounting experience in industry and public accounting is idealBachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA License required; Master's Degree preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP, audit and tax; including international and consolidation experience. Microsoft Office experience with proficiency in ExcelOracle ERP system experience helpfulExperience in public accounting and in a manufacturing environment helpfulUltradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
