Michigan Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Peer Supports Policy and Development Specialist. Key Responsibilities Partner with project teams and community partners to enhance peer support integration and sustainability Develop and deliver training on recovery principles and person-centered practices Engage individuals with lived experience in program planning and community education efforts Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in peer support, recovery services, or community-based behavioral health work Experience in policy, program development, or quality improvement initiatives Demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate training using adult learning principles Knowledge and experience working within the State of Michigan Certification as a Peer Support Specialist is preferred
