Family Care Coordinator (FCC)Location: Albany, Oregon (Hybrid / Community-based)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $22.50/hourDate Posted: February 4, 2026About The RoleClarvida is seeking a Family Care Coordinator (FCC) to provide case management and oversight for youth placed in certified therapeutic foster homes. In this role, you will support youth and Family Care Providers (FCPs) through consistent engagement, service planning, and behavioral support, helping ensure stable placements and positive outcomes.This position is relationship-driven and requires regular contact with youth and foster families, strong documentation skills, and participation in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
