Job DescriptionUTA Entertainment and Culture Marketing seeks a Manager to support existing accounts with an emphasis on client service, brand strategy, partnership development, and talent deals. The team connects brands with consumers through research, insights, strategy, and community building. The Manager will take on direct responsibility for managing day-to-day client relationships and communication. They develop and implement client service plans that align with business objectives, oversee campaign execution, execute deals, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts under the supervision of a Director.UTA Marketing is a division of the leading global talent and entertainment company. We are a team of passionate marketers and experts with varying backgrounds, who leverage entertainment to create and execute a range of marketing initiatives for clients including: talent procurement, film/tv integrations, studio/network co-marketing and promotional partnerships, content strategy, business acceleration and more.The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.What You Will DoManage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for projects across assigned brand accounts including but not limited to talent campaigns, brand partnerships, music licensing efforts, musical performance booking, premium content tracking (film/tv), entertainment property assessments/POVs, and moreLead strategic planning and execution for talent campaigns, including talent recommendations, outreach, and contractingMonitor cultural and digital trends to identify rising talent and emerging voices aligned with client goals and brand valuesLead music licensing efforts across campaigns, including identifying tracks or artists, coordinating rights clearances, negotiating fees and terms, and partnering with labels, publishers, and creative agency Business Affairs to secure usage across media platformsMonitor studio film and television slates to identify potential product integration and co-marketing opportunities, collaborating with internal department specialists to develop recommendations for clientsAssess sponsorship opportunities and cultural platforms to determine brand fit, audience alignment, and strategic value for clientsMaintain detailed trackers for project/deal status, approvals, talent deliverables, and contractual obligationsTrack campaign performance and report on KPIs to clients, translating insights into actionable recommendationsDevelop and present compelling decks and campaign narratives that align with brand goals and resonate with targeted audiencesDraft regular email communications and pitch / program proposal materialsServe as an active participant in meetings/calls for clientsContribute to a collaborative team culture, sharing knowledge and best practices across ECMBuild case studies and recaps to support business growth and client storytellingParticipate in agency-wide meetings and share relevant insights and updates with the ECM teamIdentify new opportunities within existing accounts and support efforts to grow client partnerships (“land and expand”)What You Will Need5+ years of experience in account management or social media strategy, preferably at a talent, advertising, marketing, creative, or media agencyBachelors degree strongly preferredExtremely knowledgeable about creator landscape, up and coming talent and trends and plugged in to entertainment culture at largeHas a proven track record of working with creators and clients to build impactful campaigns for brandsCan build talent strategies that are both creative and data drivenInvested and well versed in culture, trends, brands, and insightsStrong ability to develop client facing marketing presentation materials (decks) for a variety of situations, informational, strategic, and creative.High degree of motivation and initiative, the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and critical thinking, and the capacity to problem-solve independentlyUnmatched communication skills that put clients at ease and motivate internal team membersStrong ability to vet, recommend, negotiate with and contract talentImpeccable organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to navigate an organization and operate in an incredibly fast paced, multifaceted, demanding environmentProficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, Doc, Sheets, is a must.What You Will GetThe unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of a leading global entertainment companiesAccess to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellenceThe opportunity to do the best work of your careerWork in an inclusive and diverse company cultureCompetitive programs to support your well-beingExperience working in a collaborative environment with room to growAbout UTAUTA is a premier global talent agency built for the future of media and entertainment.
