As a Healthcare Admin Expert, you'll build long-horizon front-office tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Responsibilities Tasks require checkable answers; no open-ended essays or subjective judgment calls. You will: Build scenarios covering patient access—scheduling against rule-based provider availability, eligibility verification with a known benefits response, intake with required fields. Build scenarios covering coordination—referral routing against defined networks, records-request fulfillment with required HIPAA elements. Build scenarios covering patient communication—structured pre-visit and post-visit templates with required disclosures. Ensure scenarios are challenging and require long sessions of focus. Qualifications 2+ years in patient access, front office, or healthcare administration. Expertise in one or more of the following: an EHR (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks), insurance verification, scheduling, referral coordination. Comfortable reading and producing admin artifacts: scheduling workflows, intake forms, records request letters, patient communications. Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics. Located in the United States.
