AI Application Developer
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AI-driven solutions to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation platforms. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and compliant applications supporting court operations, permitting workflows, and real-time translation services.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure-native development, AI/ML (especially NLP), and secure system architecture, preferably within regulated environments.Key Responsibilities:1. Solution Design & DeliveryDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions across:CORA (Court Operations & Record Automation): Transcription, summarization, document classification, evidence extractionPermitIQ (Permitting Automation Platform): Document processing, administrative review automation, applicant guidanceLingual ink (Real-Time Translation Intelligence): Multilingual translation pipelines using responsible AIDevelop scalable AI agent frameworks and automation workflowsEnsure seamless integration with court systems, county platforms, and CCO systems2. Azure Development & IntegrationBuild and integrate Azure-native solutions including:Data pipelines and orchestration workflowsApplication services and APIsAI and cognitive service integrationsSecure networking and infrastructureImplement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsFollow DevOps best practices for deployment and monitoring3. AI & Data EngineeringDevelop and deploy AI/ML models focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP):TranscriptionSummarizationClassificationTranslationIntegrate Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services into production systemsImplement Responsible AI practices (accuracy, fairness, transparency)4. Security & ComplianceEnsure compliance with InfoSec, data governance, and regulatory standards (including HIPAA where applicable)Design secure architectures using:Azure Key VaultVirtual Networks (VNets)Firewalls and secure endpointsMaintain documentation for audit and compliance readiness5.
