Job Summary:We are Seeking an experienced Lead Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions while providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions.Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows.Develop and manage Dataverse solutions and Power Query Dataflows.Design scalable data models and application architecture.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.Mentor and provide technical guidance to Power Platform developers.Develop reusable components, templates, and development standards.Manage application deployments using Power Platform Pipelines and version control.Implement governance, DLP policies, and Power Platform best practices.Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.Required Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development. Strong expertise in: Canvas Apps Model-driven Apps Power Pages Power Automate Dataverse SharePointStrong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational database design.Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, ALM, and deployment pipelines.Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the Engineering or Utility industry.Knowledge of SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Power Platform Admin Center.Experience establishing development standards and reusable UI/UX component libraries.Experience leading or mentoring development teams.Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
