This full-time, on-site role in Nashville, TN, includes overseeing project and operations management, managing budgets and financial targets, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results. The Vice President of Operations will work directly with the CEO to lead teams and ensure project success across multiple geographic locations. This role requires frequent travel to job sites and offers a clear leadership and career growth path.QualificationsProven expertise in Construction, Operations Management and P&L (Profit and Loss) ManagementStrong skills in Project ManagementResponsibilitiesManage crews across various locations to ensure timely, quality productionIdentify best products and materials; place orders and coordinate timely deliveryPrepare accurate bids for new job opportunitiesEnsure all equipment is operational and maintained for peak utilizationCollaborate with onsite property managers to maintain project satisfactionOversee project schedules to meet deadlines and budgetsManage employee-related matters and foster a productive work environmentRequired QualificationsContractor's licenseAbility to accurately measure for window, siding, and door replacementSkilled in repairing or replacing exterior structures such as decks, railings, and stairsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in construction operationsProject management and construction estimating expertiseStrong knowledge of exterior construction practicesEffective time management skillsSpanish language proficiency is a plus
