Title Processor — Full-TimeMonsey, NY | In-Office | Monday–Friday Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per yearWe’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Title Processor to join a growing title company in Monsey.This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who is comfortable managing multiple files, staying on top of deadlines, and communicating with the different parties involved in a real estate transaction.What You’ll Be DoingReview title searches and identify title issuesAssist with resolving liens, judgments, mortgages, and other title mattersPrepare title commitments, policies, and closing packagesOrder and review municipal searches, tax information, payoff statements, and related documentsCommunicate with attorneys, lenders, clients, municipalities, and other partiesManage multiple files from title search through closingWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of title, real estate, or related experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with title software and Microsoft OfficeDependable and able to manage multiple deadlinesCompensation & Schedule$60,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday. In-office in Monsey, NY.
