In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering a superior customer experience. Responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and ensuring the quality of services delivered. You will monitor client accounts for opportunities to add value, collaborate on improvement plans, and ensure all commitments and expectations are met. Your work will play a key role in fostering client satisfaction and long-lasting partnerships.QualificationsRelationship-building and customer service skills to maintain and enhance client satisfactionDrive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell motionsStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesWritten and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and reportingExperience in account management, client relations, or property management is a plusProficiency in using CRM systems and tech-enabled platformsAdaptable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferredCommitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a client-focused approach
