Quality Engineer (Playwright + Selenium Java script)

Job DescriptionQuality EngineerMust Have Technical/Functional Skills1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver with Java for web application testing.2. Create and execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites to ensure application quality and reliability.3. Develop scalable test automation frameworks following industry best practices such as Page Object Model (POM), data-driven, and hybrid frameworks.Roles & Responsibilities• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) to support continuous testing.• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test scenarios.• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issuesGeneric Managerial Skills, If any• Experience scaling QA teams in fast-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments.• Familiarity or worked within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Rally/Jira reporting• Work on biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates including BUR and experience presenting to senior leadership including VPs• Finance, Regulatory, Compliance domain knowledge a plus
