About the job Remote Client Support AssistantRole OverviewWe are increasing our remote team and are looking for client-centered individuals who enjoy with assisting customers and handling multiple priorities. In this role, you will help coordinate reservations and related services, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and event-based arrangements.This role is ideal for those who communicate clearly, stay organized, and are comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients with planning and coordinating customized arrangementsResearch, compare, and confirm reservation options based on client needsProvide accurate information and thoughtful recommendationsCommunicate professionally via email and phoneAssist with updates, changes, and service-related inquiriesMaintain organized, confidential, and accurate client recordsParticipate in training sessionsWhat We OfferFully remote settingFlexible scheduleOngoing trainingSupportive team environmentQualificationsAuthorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or SpainStrong written and verbal English communication skillsReliable internet access and smartphone (computer is also strongly recommended)Strong customer service skills
