We pride ourselves on innovation, reliability, and building long-term partnerships with our customers.Position OverviewBased in Bloomfield Hills, MI, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to lead and expand our generator sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and background in outside sales, B2B sales, and strategic business development within the machining and / or induction heating industry.This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing markets from first contact to closingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clientsCollaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies accordinglyPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadershipWhat Makes You a Good Fit3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectorsStrong background in B2B sales, ideally within induction heating sector or closely related fieldsGreat customer service skills and passionate about the job to drive generator sales together with a great pioneer mentalityExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to close deals effectivelyProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel as needed (30-50%)
