We deliver and deploy robust, performance-optimized, purpose-built platforms to major data centers around the globe.Position SummaryThe Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that suppliers consistently meet quality, delivery, and performance standards. This role partners closely with suppliers, internal engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve quality issues, and support new product introduction (NPI) activities.Primary ResponsibilitiesNew Project Quality Risk Identification & ControlLead quality planning for new server projects (L6–L11 level).Identify potential quality risks during R&D, pilot run, and mass production stages (hardware compatibility, process stability, reliability, etc.).Develop prevention and control plans to resolve risks upfront.Daily Quality Data Monitoring & AnalysisEstablish and maintain daily quality data tracking system (IQC, PQC, OQC).Monitor key metrics: defect rate, yield, failure distribution, and process capability.Generate regular quality reports, analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.On-Site Quality Exception Handling & Closed-Loop ManagementRapidly respond to on-site quality abnormalities (hardware failures, process defects, functional issues).Conduct root cause analysis, implement containment actions, and drive permanent corrective actions.Track and verify effectiveness to ensure full closed-loop resolution and prevent recurrence.Quality System & LocalizationSupport building, optimizing, and localizing the quality management system to meet company and customer requirements.Organize quality planning, training, and improvement activities to enhance factory quality competitiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer CommunicationCollaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, R&D, and CM factories.Communicate effectively with overseas customers; handle customer audits and complaints professionally.QualificationsProficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Bachelor degree in computer or related fields. Solid knowledge of server/computer hardware. Strong quality awareness and risk awareness. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiar with Linux system operations. Familiar with testing methods for servers and storage products. Familiar with quality control methods for servers and storage products.
