Delivery Manager - Mobile Banking (Athens)

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in a major mobile banking transformation initiative. In this position, you will oversee a team of approximately 20 engineers spanning .NET backend and native mobile development, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.You will partner closely with client stakeholders and technical teams, bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to the delivery process while empowering the team to meet project objectives.This role is based in Athens, with regular on-site presence at the client's premises.Lead and support a cross-functional delivery teamCoordinate development efforts across both mobile and .NET backend workstreamsReview proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with overall project objectivesAssist with task estimation, planning, and prioritizationTrack progress and keep the team focused on agreed milestonesProactively identify and address risks and blockersMaintain transparent communication and alignment with client stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement of delivery practices and team workflowsMentor team members and cultivate a collaborative working environmentPromote effective use of delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
