Human Resources Manager (North America and Foreign)Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-site/Hybrid)Reports to: Chief People Officer (CPO)Coverage: United States, Canada and ForeignRole OverviewAs the Human Resources Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for executing the people strategy across our North American operations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring our technology-driven workforce is engaged, compliant, and high-performing. You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in the U.S., Canada and Foreign offices, managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional HR Leadership & ComplianceAct as the subject matter expert for employment legislation across the United States (Federal/State), Canada (Federal/Provincial) and Foreign (National).Ensure all policies, handbooks, and practices remain compliant with evolving regulations, including AI governance.Hands-on Talent ManagementDrive the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for technical and non-technical roles, from job design to offer negotiation.Lead onboarding and integration programs to ensure new hires in Phoenix and remote Canadian locations are effectively embedded into our culture.Employee Relations & CultureServe as the "go-to" person for all employee-related issues, resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary procedures with empathy and discretion.Partner with the CPO to foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).Total Rewards & PerformanceAdminister regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive within the technology sector.Oversee performance management rhythms, moving beyond annual reviews to provide real-time coaching and continuous feedback.HR Operations & TechnologyManage the HRIS to maintain data integrity and generate actionable people analytics for senior leadership.Coordinate with IT and Finance to streamline payroll processing and ensure secure data management across borders.Required QualificationsExperience: 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in SaaS / PropTech industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Certification: HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR for the U.S. or CHRP/CHRL for Canada) is highly preferred.Skills: Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional HR matters and a deep understanding of both U.S. and Canadian labor standards.Why Join Us:Fun and engaging cultureUnlimited growth and development opportunitiesWork from home optionsCompetitive compensation structureExciting product and meaningful workWho we are:
