The company is expanding and looking to add a highly-motivated Administrative Assistant to join the Administrative team. This role will be based in our San Francisco office.Primary Functions of the Executive Administrative Assistant role include:Executive administrative support to the San Francisco office team membersManaging calendars and schedules for all team membersBooking and coordinating virtual and in person meetingsArrange and coordinate international & domestic travel for all team membersPreparation of high-volume client meeting materials (printing, binding and shipping presentations)Expense platform support, preparation and submissionCoordination of catering for onsite client meetingsCoordination and booking for off-site team social eventsGeneral support for San Francisco office administrative needsAnnual support of holiday card and client gift distributionsBack-up EA support for other team adminsSupport at Reception desk if/when necessaryManaging visitor requestsSupport to organize podcast logistics in partnership with Marketing teamRequirements:Bachelor DegreeQuick learner, meticulous, detail-orientedIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and OutlookProfessional demeanor & phone mannerProven organizational skills ability to multi-task and prioritize heavy workloadEager to be part of a strong and supportive Administrative teamGood team player who can also function independentlyEnergetic, flexible, and capable of working under time constraintsAbility to work with colleagues at other global offices of the firm, and to manage communications and schedules accordinglyLegally authorized to work in the United StatesBenefits:Discretionary bonusHealthcare w/HSA both paid at 100%Dental/Vision Package401k Plan participation; 1:1 match up to 6% (Traditional & Roth)Long-term disabilityLife insuranceCommuter benefitsDiscounted gym reimbursement16-weeks Parental leave paid at 100%20 PTO days accrued quarterly; 16 paid holidaysUnlimited sick daysRemote work stipend up to $1,000Schedule: 8:30am 5:30pmCurrent hybrid schedule with three (3) days a week in the officeEarlier start times may be occasionally necessarySalary range: The Company anticipates that the annual base salary for this San Francisco-based, non-exempt position could range from $85,000.00 to $105,000.00. The actual annual base salary paid for this position will depend on factors, such as the skill, experience, and qualifications of the chosen candidate for the position.
