Build and manage a consistent pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into long-term clients.Assess Needs & Deliver SolutionsPerform on-site evaluations to gain a clear understanding of customer needs, facility conditions, and financial considerations. Recommend HVAC systems and services that best meet both operational requirements and client objectives.Develop and Present ProposalsPrepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts outlining project scope, pricing, and timelines. Present recommendations professionally, addressing questions while emphasizing the value of your solutions.Partner with Internal TeamsWork closely with technicians, estimators, and project managers to ensure projects are scoped, priced, and executed efficiently. Share insights that help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.Cultivate Strong Client RelationshipsAct as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process and beyond. Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.Meet and Exceed TargetsConsistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals by leveraging strategic planning, strong communication, and a client-focused approach.Stay Current in the IndustryKeep up to date on emerging HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
