HVAC Service Sales Representative

Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated HVAC Service Sales Representative to drive service revenue and grow commercial accounts. This role combines technical knowledge of HVAC systems with consultative sales skills to generate leads, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting service, preventative maintenance, and retrofit solutions while coordinating with field service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and recurring revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, and networking in commercial markets.Develop and present compelling proposals and service agreements, including preventative maintenance programs and retrofit opportunities.Manage assigned accounts, build long-term relationships with facility managers and decision-makers, and identify opportunities to upsell service and maintenance.Collaborate with service managers and technicians to scope jobs accurately, schedule service, and ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.Use CRM to track leads, pipeline, proposals, service tickets, and customer interactions; maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity records.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs related to lead generation, proposal conversion, and recurring revenue.Prepare and deliver professional presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders and procurement teams.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements while protecting company margins and ensuring clear deliverables.Stay current on product, service, and industry trends to recommend value-added solutions and maintain competitive positioning.Represent the company at trade shows, local events, and client meetings to expand brand awareness and generate new leads.Qualifications3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling HVAC service, preventative maintenance, or related commercial MEP services.Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, presentations, and closing commercial service contracts.Technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and service practices; HVAC certifications (EPA 608 or equivalent) are a plus.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong competency in pipeline management and sales forecasting.Proven account management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and drive recurring revenue.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused, consultative selling approach.Comfortable coordinating with field service teams and translating technical details into value for customers.Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally to customer sites and events.Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time management and follow-up discipline.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $80k - $110k DOEUncapped CommissionCompany Vehicle or Auto AllowanceGas AllowanceHealth/Dental/VisionLife InsuranceAD&DShort Term and Long Term Disability401(k)PTO/Sick LeaveHolidays Off  Email Your Resume In Word ToKyle.Cockell@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
