In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure across accounting, customer support, business development, supply chain operations, and more.Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, the ideal candidate is a business-process engineer who sees every existing system as an opportunity for improvement. At Tigris, you’ll never be siloed into one job function. Instead, one day, you could be building in-house systems that save time and boost productivity, while the next, you could be assisting Fortune 500 customers who require analytics or digital content support.You WillTroubleshoot across teams and business units with a guiding light of, “Why did something break somewhere?” or, “How could this be improved?”Perform enterprise-wide analytics on business performance, create or enhance technology solutions, and/or assist customers with data and content needsWork within Tigris’ tech systems to find and eliminate variance (API and transaction failures)Learn new skills, tools, and best practices each and every dayYou HaveBA/BS in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain (or related field)0-3 years of experience in business analysis, data science, and/or process improvementAdvanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and other database tools (Python, SQL, etc.)A knack for solving difficult problems, probing all sources for answersStrong teamwork skills with an open mind to always learn new thingsYou'll GetCompetitive base salary (negotiable based on experience)Annual profit sharing bonus based on individual and company performanceRetirement cash account with automatic 3% company contribution (whether you contribute or not), in addition to 401(k) programHeavily subsidized medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceA chance to make a big impact at a growing company where you'll have direct access to leadership
