Overview
In this role, you lead the offloads and second-sourcing for Air Dominance suppliers to ensure production capacity and meet financial targets. You collaborate with cross-functional Air Dominance teams, removing blockers and aligning with program goals. You balance risk when qualifying new suppliers against commitments to existing sites, while acting as a customer liaison during reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance. This is a high-visibility role focused on delivering warfighter capability on schedule.

ResponsibilitiesOwn manufacturing offloads and second-sourcing for Air Dominance suppliers and sub-assemblies to enable production capacity within financial targetsMaintain strong cross-functional relationships with Air Dominance teams; remove obstacles and support key production objectivesBalance risk of transitioning new suppliers to production rate with ongoing commitments to existing sites and suppliersServe as customer liaison supporting regular program reviews on cost, schedule, and technical performance
