The Skilled Trades Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting skilled trades professionals for various roles within our multi-brand franchises. This includes developing and executing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a proactive approach to talent acquisition. This role is hybrid.QualificationsProven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related rolesStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with skilled trades industries and an understanding of trade-specific qualifications and certifications preferred.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and professional networking platforms- Paylocity a plus!Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and leadership teamsKnowledge of employment laws and best practices for compliance is a plusA bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
