Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various roles within the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining job postings, managing candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and participating in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Qualifications Recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing skillsExperience in managing job postings and candidate pipelinesStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsAbility to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to identify and fulfill talent needsExperience developing employer branding initiatives is a plusKnowledge of the residential plumbing, electrical, or HVAC industries is advantageousBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
