Here's what we're looking for.High school diploma or GED required5+ years of CNC setup operator experienceStrong knowledge of machining techniques and shop mathAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and process sheetsExperience with precision measuring instrumentsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsFrequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, dust, and heat within OSHA limitsRepetitive movement, bending, reaching, and machine operationSet up and operate CNC and conventional machinesInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsSelect tooling, fixtures, and calculate feeds, speeds, and offsetsPerform first-piece inspections using precision measuring toolsLoad programs, find zero, and edit or write G-code as neededTroubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers and production teamsMaintain quality standards, production output, and accurate countsIdentify and implement process improvementsFollow all safety procedures and shop standardsWhy This Opportunity?
