Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facilities management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical building systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.Job Title: Mobile HVAC TechnicianLocation: Rochester, NYWhat's the Job?Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards. Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality. Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and oversight of contracted maintenance. Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance. Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation, adhering to safety and environmental standards. What's Needed?High School Diploma or equivalent. 5–7 years of relevant work experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Proven ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; diagnose malfunctions; and perform corrective actions. EPA 608 Type II Certification.
