Program Management Director

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management - AI Factory. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex hardware, software, and services for large-scale infrastructure solutions Own end-to-end delivery of high revenue programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and profitability Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer commitments and develop relationships with key stakeholders Required Qualifications Prior people management experience focused on program development and delivery Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, contract-based solutions to external customers Experience in balancing complex programs involving hardware, software, and service delivery Ability to lead in an uncertain environment and manage difficult conversations across disciplines Domain experience in high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, and complex software integration
