We're seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our Parental Responsibility Initiative for The Development of Employment Program (PRIDE) program, where you will play a vital role in supporting parents as they work toward stable employment, financial independence, and stronger futures for their families.The PRIDE Program Advisor engages clients in job-seeking activities with the goal of achieving employment and long-term self-sufficiency. Through intensive case management, you will guide individuals in developing employment plans, strengthening workplace skills, and accessing critical support services while ensuring compliance with program requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 case management, including intake, employment plans, and ongoing supportHelp clients build job readiness skills (resumes, interviews, job search strategies)Identify barriers and connect clients to community resources and partner agenciesCoordinate with courts and child support for referrals; attend hearings as neededMaintain accurate documentation and ensure program complianceSupport program operations, employer partnerships, and performance goalsAssist clients with reemployment services and unemployment-related questionsMinimum QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have the following:a bachelor's degree in a related field plus at least two (2) years of relevant work experienceor a combination of education (minimum high school diploma or equivalent), training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilitiesapplication must include all specified materials as listed under the Application ProceduresPreferred QualificationsEmployment Advisors possess a diverse set of skills to effectively support job seekers in their career development and job search efforts.
