Java Backend Engineer ("F2F Interview")

Role Summary:Seeking strong Java Backend Engineers to support API development and backend integrations within the Digital Payments organization. The team focuses on scalable, high-performance payment services and integrations supporting enterprise payment platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain backend Java services and APIs• Build and support integrations across payment ecosystems including digital wallet platforms• Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA teams in an agile environment• Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization• Support modernization and enhancement initiatives across payment platformsRequired Skills:• Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development• Experience building REST APIs and microservices• Strong understanding of backend integration patterns• Experience with Spring Boot and enterprise Java frameworks• Strong problem-solving and coding skills• Comfortable with live coding interviews and technical assessmentsPreferred Skills:• Experience in digital payments or financial services• Exposure to cloud and container technologies• Experience working in agile development teams
