The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and operationalizing change functions, frameworks, and toolkits that ensure change is both repeatable and measurable. This role requires the development of Centers of Excellence and a network of change practitioners to support the change process. The leader will also be tasked with driving continuous improvement, delivering capability uplift through targeted learning programs, and partnering with senior leaders across various business functions to align change activities with strategic priorities. Applicants for this role at The Company should be senior leaders with a proven track record in change management, continuous improvement, and organizational enablement. Experience in building scalable change functions and CoEs in complex or rapidly growing businesses is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong systems thinker, capable of translating strategy into operating models, and will have a history of developing governance that balances speed with appropriate risk and control. Excellent stakeholder influence, high emotional intelligence, and a strong analytical mindset are also key requirements.
