Construction Supervisor- Commercial

Sun Eagle Corporation is a 47-year old General Contractor. We build commercial buildings throughout Maricopa County. We are presently interviewing for a COMMERCIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT for various commercial, municipal and government projects. Preference will be given to applicants who have NEW BUILDING construction and electrical upgrades experience. Required experience includes: using PROCORE project management software, building a construction schedule for a new, ground-up building using Microsoft Project; managing weekly meetings with owners/architects; manage subcontractor scheduling meetings; daily safety walk inspections; manage all subcontractors; write all RFI's, assist PM with monthly draw applications; Computer skills necessary.
