Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising construction activities on semiconductor and mission-critical projects. This role will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with project stakeholders, design teams, and contractors to support high-quality project execution from design through closeout.Responsibilities:Serve as the Construction Project Manager overseeing field execution of construction projectsManage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budgetCoordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to support efficient project deliveryProvide regular project updates to stakeholders through reports and meetingsReview project drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure compliance and constructabilityTrack project progress, schedules, and budgets to maintain performance targetsMaintain site documentation including daily logs, safety plans, and project recordsConduct job walks, meetings, and field coordination activitiesEnsure adherence to safety standards, including conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)Support change management, punch list completion, and project closeout activitiesAny other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your roleSkills Required:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management environment, preferably within semiconductor or mission-critical industriesStrong knowledge of construction management processes, scheduling, and field coordinationProven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams effectivelyExperience reviewing project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittalsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to stakeholdersAbility to interpret and follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and project requirementsProficiency in tracking project progress, budgets, and schedulesEducation / Licenses / CertificationsBachelor's Degree preferred (not required)Relevant industry experience will be strongly consideredProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicableBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability InsuranceTraining and Education Assistance401k Retirement PlanExtra Annual Leave with Years of ServiceMaternity/Paternity LeaveRecognition Rewards
