SummarySpigen’s Sales Specialist is responsible for managing distribution channels in US/Canada/Latin America and working closely with business partners to achieve sales and profitability.Job DutiesWrite accurate estimates of quarterly sales goals for each account based on previous performance and industry knowledgeGenerate new business by conducting searches through search engines, LinkedIn, and networking at trade showsInitiate introduction calls with potential customers to gather information about their needs, shipping/payment terms, and how Spigen products fit into their assortmentSecure distribution agreements and payment information from potential customers before providing quotes and SKU setupsMaintain close communication with important accounts to ensure a steady flow of orders, understand customer needs, anticipate demand, and pitch new SKU offeringsAnalyze sell-through reports provided by customers to track product performance, identify buying patterns, and monitor on-hand stock levelsCoordinate the timely dissemination of product information, including SKU details, designs, dimensions, and prices to distributors and retailersCollect initial order quantities (IOQs) and forecasts from customers and collaborate with Account Operations Management and Channel Data Management teams to relay the informationStay updated on consumer technology trends, market changes, and competitors' products to identify opportunities and gaps in the marketRepresent the company physically by attending trade shows, hosting in-person meetings, and building stronger connections with buyersSkillsAbility to multi-task in a high-paced environmentTime management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesWorking knowledge of SAP software in inventory management module preferredIntermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related softwareRequirementsBachelor's degree requiredKorean preferredSpanish preferredEntry-level with 0-3 years of professional experience in B2B business enterprise or related field preferredU.S. work authorization requiredNew employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
