Packing Manager

Packing Manager The packing manager is responsible for ensuring that all product produced at Grateful Bread is packaged and labeled accurately and staged for delivery. This role also assists in the production planning process, ordering of supplies and equipment, and schedules the packing team to efficiently fill staffing needs. The person in this position needs to have the ability to communicate effectively with all other staff, and spends a great deal of time communicating by email, phone, and messaging app with other managers, team members, and upper management. The Packing Manager will be responsible for hiring team members who are capable of performing with a high level of accuracy and dependability. This role can be physical at times, and can require standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements.
